Cape Town Big Wheel

The Big Wheel in Cape Town made it’s appearance during the 2010 Fifa Soccer World Cup and has since been a hit under locals and tourists. You get some of the best views from the top of the city bowl, V&A Waterfront and Table Mountain. You can even see Robben Island in the distance. The ‘cabins’ are air conditioned and takes you on a 4 rotation ride. This is definitely a must do activity. It was initially situated as you turn onto Walter Sisulu Ave towards the waterfront from Buitengracht street/Nelson Mandela Boulevard, but has since moved into the V&A Waterfront.
